Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities ensuring excellent service levels and plant health.
• Communicate effectively with the store team to ensure visibility and good customer service.
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting and hiring for the department.
• Participate in merchandising displays and manage plant inventory.
• Ensure proper ordering for high velocity seasonal categories.
