Job summary
FlowerHire is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead maintenance and facility operations for a 150,000 sq. ft. sealed greenhouse in Monroe, LA.
You will supervise five staff, troubleshoot boilers and chillers, and ensure reliable, efficient climate control using Priva and Fiix CMMS. Ideal candidates have strong industrial or greenhouse maintenance background and enjoy hands-on leadership. Qualifications
- ≥2 years in industrial maintenance, facilities management, or similar technical settings.
- Hands-on experience with boilers, chillers, and water-based heating/cooling systems.
- Experience leading maintenance technicians and facilities personnel.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
Responsibilities
- Lead a five-person maintenance team (3 technicians, 2 custodians) and supervise daily operations.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair boilers, chillers, and hydronic systems to ensure safe operation.
- Oversee climate-control systems (Priva, BioTherm) and optimize uptime.
- Utilize Fiix CMMS for work orders, inventory, and maintenance planning.
- Coordinate with cultivation/operations teams and manage outside contractors.
