Job summary

Masterpiece Flower Company is seeking a building and equipment maintenance technician to service greenhouse facilities and equipment across four locations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair, install equipment, and maintain records using a smartphone or iPad. The role requires hands-on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical knowledge are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on greenhouse equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test/adjust systems.
• Install new equipment and perform electrical hookup when needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills.
• Maintain records of facility maintenance and tools using a mobile device.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Operate forklift, scissor lift, and tow buggy as needed.
• Be available for on-call work outside normal hours.
