Job summary
Gotham Greens, a leader in indoor farming, seeks a Facilities Manager to lead the Maintenance & Safety Team at its Texas greenhouse sites. You will manage a skilled maintenance group, own the CMMS, and drive performance metrics for uptime and safety.
You will collaborate with engineering and operations leadership to prioritise work and lead capital projects. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in supervisory maintenance, strong electrical/controls knowledge, and experience with ERP/CMM systems,
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of Facility, Maintenance, or Manufacturing supervisory/management experience.
- Regulatory compliance experience (OSHA/NFPA) in food or critical manufacturing.
- Ability to analyze electrical schematics and facility blueprints/drawings.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP/CMM systems and MS Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead a site Maintenance Technician team and manage daily facility upkeep.
- Own CMMS, ensure timely work order completion, asset management and inventory.
- Respond to corrective maintenance requests and assign labor.
- Collaborate with Engineering on capital projects and site efficiency.
- Drive safety programs and OSHA/food safety compliance across the site.
- Coordinate with vendors for preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee maintenance of HVAC, boiler, generator, fire alarm, and systems.
