Nature Fresh Farms is seeking a Greenhouse Data Clerk in Delta, OH to create, maintain and update key greenhouse reports, including planting schedules and clean-out timelines. You will provide accurate, timely information to support management and growers in planning.

This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will follow health and safety policies and collaborate across locations to ensure data integrity and assist production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and problem solve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of job-related information.
• Commitment to continuous learning.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain greenhouse reports, including planting and clean-out schedules.
• Collaborate with Greenhouse Supervisors to correct Priva data and ensure accurate inputs.
• Process Activity Reports for managers on a weekly basis.
• Comply with Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh policies.
