Job Description

The Greenhouse Data Clerk is responsible for creating, maintaining and updating key greenhouse reports, including planting schedules, clean-out timelines and other operational data. This role provides accurate and timely information that supports both Management and Growers in planning and decision making. The Greenhouse Data Clerk ensures data integrity and consistency, serving as an important link between day‑to‑day greenhouse operations and overall production goals.

Job Specific Duties

• Build and maintain greenhouse reports, including planting and clean out schedules.
• Collaborate with Greenhouse Supervisors to investigate and complete Priva corrections and controlling for all greenhouse locations:
  • Review employee work and productivity data inputs every day to ensure information is correct.
  • Ensure work activities, locations, containers and etc. with Priva are entered correctly. Follow up with managers and supervisors to confirm any discrepancies and correcting as agreed.
• Process Activity Reports for managers on a weekly basis.
• Must comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.
