Job summary

BLM Recruiting Solutions represents a $5B privately held manufacturer seeking a Site Business Leader for a new greenfield plant in Ohio. The role demands experience running large sites or multiple locations, with greenfield startup exposure essential.

The plant is slated to begin operations in summer 2027 and reach full scale in 2028 with 400–500 employees. You will own P&L for the site, direct manufacturing, safety, quality, and continuous improvement programs, and work with divisional teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of heavy manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience in greenfield/startup environments is strongly preferred.
• High-speed consumer product manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate all manufacturing functions across site.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and efficiency.
