Home Energy Medics in Arlington, VA seeks a Green Consultative Sales Representative to engage homeowners, educate them on energy efficiency, and generate compelling sales proposals. The role is full-time with a hybrid work setup (70% field / 30% office or home) after an initial period, located in the DC/MD/VA metro area.

The position offers a training salary of $50,000 with a $5,000 raise after training, plus a performance-based commission; tenured employees can earn $131,000+ annually.

Summary

Home Energy Medics (HEM) is a well-respected TURN-KEY home performance company based in Arlington, VA! Our team is comprised of energy auditor sales consultants that advise clients on solutions to correct issues on home comfort, energy efficiency, and health and safety. We work closely with our clients to prioritize and fix their problems with a focus on making their home healthy!

Role

Seeking a qualified full-time employee to perform the following as a Green Consultative Sales Representative:

• Engage & meet with homeowners.
