Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities, environmental engineering, sustainability, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and benchmark environmental performance metrics (energy cost, CO2, water, waste) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain utility data systems to support reporting and decision-making.
• Conduct plant assessments, audits, and evaluations to identify conservation and emissions reduction opportunities.
• Manage projects from scoping to budgeting and scheduling for sustainability and operational improvements.
• Validate project performance, energy savings, and resource conservation results using engineering methodologies.
• Contribute to engineering and sustainability strategy alignment across sites.
• Lead technology evaluations, pilot programs, and industrialization of new green manufacturing tech.
• Participate in design reviews to embed energy metering, digitalization, and resource efficiency.
