Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Production & Skilled Trades leader to supervise plant teams in North Carolina. You will drive safety, quality, environment, and productivity while guiding continuous improvement initiatives across shifts.

The role requires a Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field with 3–5 years of manufacturing experience; manufacturing experience is preferred. The company emphasizes safe operations, learning, and teamwork in a diverse, inclusive

Competenze

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or relevant concentration.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with plant leadership teams to ensure alignment with strategic intentions and safe work environment.
• Lead team performance and provide feedback to hourly teammates in safety, quality, environment, people, cost and productivity.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for the hourly teams.
• Manage continuous improvement activities utilizing Standards Driven Process and 5S.
• Develop and launch leaders using the multi-skilled workforce and job certification system to ensure bench strength and growth within the plant.
