Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee district finances with accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Board and Superintendent on appropriations and the five-year forecast.
  • Maintain financial records and reporting in accordance with Ohio law and state requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support district efficiency.
  • Lead the Treasurer's Office, including supervision of staff and EMIS functions.
  • Serve as Secretary to the Board of Education, supporting agendas, minutes, and legal notices.
  • Manage cash, investments, deposits, and employee benefit programs.
  • Coordinate audits and strengthen internal controls and regulatory compliance.
  • Support Business and Finance Committee initiatives aligned with district priorities.
  • Oversee risk management, insurance, and required bonding.
