SiteOne Landscape Supply in Warrenton, VA is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative who loves helping customers in the green industry. You will deliver exceptional service in person, by phone, or online, build strong relationships, and process orders for pickup or delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Experience with inventory management is helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and orders in person, by phone, or online.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store tasks while maintaining safety.
