Green Bean Operator Role

Responsible for operations in the Green Bean area.

What You Get To Do

• Visually inspect green beans for appearance and number of defects.
• Perform pre‑unloading cross‑sectional sampling.
• Sign in trailers.
• Unload trailers safely and efficiently utilizing vacuum or gravity feed systems.
• Responsible for completing and maintaining necessary paperwork and work orders.

What You Bring To The Role

• Capable of climbing into and out of trailers from ground level.
• Able to work safely outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to pull and drag green bean sacks up to 160 pounds, with assistance.
• Able to use stairs and ladders.
• Stand‑up Reach Truck certified, strongly preferred.
• Solid mathematical ability in addition and subtraction.
• Ability to deploy resources effectively.
• Ability to follow and provide written and oral instructions, and communicate effectively with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
