Biodesix is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Great Lakes region (Detroit, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh). Lead a high‑performing field team, build partnerships with pulmonologists, surgeons, and hospitals, and drive market growth across the region.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching staff, forecasting and budgeting, and collaborating with marketing to shape pricing and adoption of diagnostic tools. Up to 70% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Proven sales leadership with healthcare diagnostics experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Foster influential partnerships with pulmonologists, surgeons, and hospitals.
• Anticipate and plan territory coverage and growth.
• Drive regional sales performance to meet quotas and goals.
• Oversee education and training for internal teams and customers.
• Deliver timely market insights to marketing and leadership.
• Represent Biodesix at regional meetings and events.
• Coach through field visits and performance reviews.
