Job summary

Akaasa Technologies in New York, NY is seeking a GRC Tech Lead to manage AuditBoard modules (SOXHUB, OpsAudit, RiskOversight) and strengthen the company’s risk controls. You will guide configuration, access, and migrations while driving cross-functional improvements across IT, Risk, and Compliance teams.

The role focuses on ERP controls for SAP/Oracle/NetSuite, data analytics with Power BI/Tableau/Excel, and delivering actionable governance reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven experience supporting public company SOX 404 compliance programs.
• Hands-on experience with AuditBoard (SOXHUB, OpsAudit, RiskOversight).
• Strong knowledge of IT general controls (ITGC) and ERP controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, customization, and administration of AuditBoard modules (SOXHUB, OpsAudit, RiskOversight).
• Manage module access and environment changes, addressing migration limitations from Test to Production.
• Support SOX 404 compliance programs using AuditBoard and related platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and business units to optimize GRC workflows and automate controls testing.
• Oversee ERP controls for SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite with GRC integration.
• Utilize data analytics tools to analyze control effectiveness and support reporting.
• Provide leadership and governance for the AuditBoard platform ensuring integrity and performance.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance risk advisory capabilities.
• Communicate status and remediation efforts to executive leadership.
• Coordinate platform upgrades with AuditBoard vendor and internal teams.
