Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a mid-to-senior level IT Governance/GRC Program Lead in the United States. This contract-to-hire position is critical for supporting IT governance and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading COBIT implementation and managing SOX controls.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), internal audit, or related fields.
• Proven experience implementing governance frameworks from scratch.
• Direct ownership of SOX IT controls and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maturation of IT governance frameworks.
• Drive SOX compliance efforts, including control design, documentation, and ongoing program management.
• Establish and enforce governance processes, controls, and operating models across IT.
