Job summary

The Trade Desk in New York, NY seeks a Technology Governance & Risk Senior Analyst to lead global governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across SOX, SOC, CCPA, and PADFAA.

You will partner with engineering, legal, and business teams to assess risk, design and test controls, report to stakeholders, and drive timely remediation in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in CS, IS, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 4+ years in technology risk management, governance, or compliance.
• Experience implementing SOX, SOC, NIST, ISO frameworks.
• Big 4 experience preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance and risk program to ensure compliance with global/regional requirements (SOX, SOC1, SOC2, CCPA, PADFAA).
• Lead risk assessments, issue analysis, controls monitoring, and remediation actions.
• Partner with stakeholders to track updates, designs, and trends for compliance.
• Communicate complex governance issues and prepare stakeholder reports.
• Conduct internal reviews of GRC procedures and discuss privacy issues with stakeholders.
• Perform risk/scoping assessments on design docs and monitor for gaps.
• Test controls and document procedures, results, and remediation steps.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and business teams to address control gaps.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity teams on control changes and regulatory updates.
