Job summary

KBR seeks an experienced IT Audit Manager to lead the IT SOX program within a global organization, overseeing ITGCs, app controls, SDLC testing, and related controls. You will partner with IT leadership, Internal Controls, and external auditors to ensure timely remediation and SOX 404 compliance.

Ideal candidates bring strong IT SOX program management, IT control framework expertise, risk assessment skills, and a proven track record of building and guiding audit teams to deliver high-quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT audit, IT risk management, IT controls, IT compliance, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years of leading IT SOX programs and audit teams.
• Experience in SOX 404 testing in large, global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT SOX compliance program across IT control domains.
• Develop risk-based testing strategies for ITGCs, application, automated, interface, and SDLC controls.
• Lead walkthroughs, control assessments, and testing activities for design and operating effectiveness.
• Mentor onshore and offshore IT audit teams and coordinate with external auditors.
