Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Principal GRC Platform Lead to mature the GRC roadmap, advise senior stakeholders, and implement end‑to‑end platform governance. This role partners with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and IT to design intuitive workflows and reporting, while expanding integrations and leveraging AI to enhance automation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of GRC platform delivery, configuration, and administration.
• Experience with regulated financial services firms or market infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Strong user‑experience sensibility for a global non‑technical user base.
• REST API familiarity for integrations with source‑of‑risk systems.
• Certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set, prioritize, and evolve the platform roadmap for Cboe’s GRC tool based on stakeholder needs and market trends.
• Gather requirements from global stakeholders and translate into configured workflows and reports.
• Own end‑to‑end user experience of the GRC platform, including navigation, forms, dashboards, and guides.
• Expand the platform's integration footprint with source‑of‑risk systems.
• Monitor industry trends in GRC technology and AI‑enabled capabilities.
• Serve as platform authority, resolving complex configuration and integration issues.
