Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a GRC Implementation and Integration Specialist to lead customer deployments of governance, risk, and compliance platforms such as RegScale. You will work directly with clients to understand needs, design solutions, configure the system, coordinate integrations, train users, and guide implementations through launch and early adoption.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines GRC knowledge with technical problem solving and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of relevant experience in GRC platform implementation, professional services, solutions consulting, technical customer success, cybersecurity consulting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading implementations from discovery and design through configuration, training, and launch.
• Working knowledge of frameworks such as NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or SOC 2.
• Experience working directly with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to develop clear requirements, configuration documentation, training materials, and customer communications.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through launch and early adoption.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer processes, systems, control frameworks, evidence sources, challenges, and goals.
• Develop an implementation plan addressing workflows, data, integrations, training, schedule, and risks.
• Configure platform features such as control frameworks, workflows, forms, dashboards, user roles, and reports.
• Coordinate and document integrations with customer systems, including data mapping, APIs, and automated evidence collection.
• Troubleshoot configuration and user adoption issues and communicate product gaps or needs to appropriate teams.
• Train platform administrators and end users and develop user guides and procedures.
• Partner with sales, delivery, product, and leadership to manage scope, schedule, risks, and customer expectations.
• Manage multiple engagements while maintaining quality and meeting delivery commitments.
• Translate requirements from NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 into practical configurations.
