Job summary

Integrity, headquartered in Dallas, TX, seeks a Senior GRC Analyst to own the enterprise compliance and risk platform. You will lead platform migration, administer users and configurations, and consolidate tooling across the GRC estate.

The ideal candidate has hands-on GRC platform administration, strong analytics, and the ability to deliver governance-ready reporting for executive audiences. Collaboration with IT, cybersecurity, and business units is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 3–6 years experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or IT audit.
• 2+ years administering an enterprise GRC platform (Workiva/Onspring/Archer/ServiceNow).
• Experience with control mapping, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience supporting platform migrations or major module rollouts.
• Ability to build reports for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise GRC platform migration and administration.
• Manage user access, roles, workflows, configurations, and integrations.
• Bring administration in-house and reduce external dependencies.
• Deliver phased module deployments: audit management, policy, attestation, risk register, findings.
• Develop platform documentation and SOPs for business users.
• Design dashboards, reports, and analytics for governance forums and leadership.
• Generate risk reports, findings summaries, and trend analyses.
• Integrate vulnerability management, HRIS data, and other sources.
• Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, and vendors on enhancements.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-assisted workflows.
