Job summary

Lignetics Inc. is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator for the graveyard shift in California. The role includes operating bagging, baler, and related packaging machinery, with training provided. You may lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work a 6p-6a schedule 6 days a week, with initial training morning shifts.

Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required. This full-time position offers benefits and opportunities to support pellet production operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Requires good eye, hand, and foot coordination; basic math ability.

Responsibilities

• Operate the bagging and baler machinery; manage packaging functions as directed.
• Run machinery safely and efficiently following guidelines.
• Assist other production areas as needed.
• Move and wrap completed products and prepare for shipment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand about 7 hours per day.
• Assist Shift Leads with pellet mill start/stop; report material issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation; perform other duties as assigned.
