Job summary

Vision Plastics, Inc. is hiring Machine Operators for the graveyard shift in a clean environment with paid on-the-job training. You should be punctual, attend well, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include operating the injection molding machine, following POIs, monitoring quality, and packing finished parts. Good attendance and safety awareness are essential for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand and verbally communicate work instructions.
• Must be able to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Must be able to stand for long periods (8+ hours).
• Must be able to lift, reach and push up to 25 lbs.
• Must work in non-climate-controlled environments, including high temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machine to produce quality molded parts.
• Read and follow Production Operating Instructions and verbal directions.
• Monitor machine for malfunctions and report to supervisor promptly.
• Verify parts meet quality standards and document rejects as needed.
• Perform trimming, sanding, cutting, assembling, packaging as required by POI.
• Maintain accurate part counts and complete work orders/labels clearly.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and assist as needed.
