Job summary

Vision Plastics, Inc. is hiring Machine Operators for swing shift to operate injection molding machines and produce quality parts in a clean environment. Training is provided on the job and punctual attendance is essential.

Ideal candidates will read and follow POI, perform basic math, and work well both independently and as part of a team. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand and verbally communicate work instructions.
• Must be able to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Must possess basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Must be able to manually cycle machine by opening and closing gate.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machine to produce quality parts.
• Read and follow Production Operating Instructions (POI) and verbal instructions.
• Run machine at required cycle time and monitor for malfunctions.
