Everstory Partners in Harrisburg, PA seeks a hands-on Superintendent to supervise Grounds and Laborer workers, ensuring safety, upkeep, and compassionate service for families. You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate with Sales and Administration, and manage landscape and cemetery-related tasks.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in grounds supervisory roles and 5+ years in mechanical/building maintenance; a high school equivalency, a valid driver's license, and availability for holidays,

Qualifications

• High School equivalency is required.
• 3+ years of grounds maintenance supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of mechanical/building maintenance experience.
• Cemetery work experience is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train maintenance employees.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Grounds and Laborer workers at the location.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, and upkeep of the property for families and visitors.
• Lead maintenance team and coordinate with Sales and Administration to address needs.
• Perform landscape maintenance (weeding, mowing, trimming).
• Operate maintenance equipment and machinery including backhoe and mowing equipment.
• Install or assist cemetery vaults, headstones, and memorials as needed.
