Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to supervise grounds and labor teams, ensuring the safety, upkeep, and appearance of our cemetery locations and facilities. You will lead maintenance staff and coordinate across departments to meet location needs.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 3+ years in supervisory maintenance, and the ability to operate and train others on machinery, with cemetery-related tasks included.

Qualifications

• High School equivalency required and 3+ years of supervisory grounds maintenance.
• 5+ years of mechanical/building maintenance experience; cemetery work preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train maintenance staff; valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the grounds and maintenance team to ensure safety and efficiency on site.
• Oversee maintenance of all property, buildings, fixtures, and equipment.
• Coordinate with Sales and Administration to identify location needs and priorities.
• Perform landscape duties (weeding, mowing) and day-to-day maintenance tasks.
• Operate and train staff on maintenance machinery and tools.
• Install cemetery vaults, headstones, and memorials as needed.
