Job summary

The Quality Control Lead at Moss Inc. collaborates with production to identify, analyze, and reduce graphics quality issues from submission to final QC.

This role signs off on graphics prior to shipping and drives a culture of continuous improvement across quality systems. Working with the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement, you will write and maintain SOPs, lead cross-functional teams, and implement Lean methods such as RCA, Kaizen, and DMAIC to improve efficiency and reduce defects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience leading quality projects in manufacturing is required.
• Proven ability to write, train, implement and audit SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect graphics for deviations from artwork or work orders.
• Ensure root cause analysis and preventive actions on issues.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to remove waste and simplify operations.
• Create cross-functional teams and foster customer-focused improvements.
• Develop, implement, and audit standard operating procedures.
