Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Hybrid, in office Tuesday through Thursday at our Blaine HQ, remote Monday and Friday

Graphics are one of the most critical components of any environment — they can make or break a client’s success on the show floor and are remembered long after the event is over. The Graphics Manager plays a vital role in bringing a brand to life through perfect fit, accurate color, intentional alignment, and every little detail that shapes how the audience experiences a client’s message and brand. The Graphics Manager will bring a strong design eye to large format graphics, client presentations and occasional marketing projects.

Graphic Preflight/Prepress files to ensure everything is technically correct and meets production requirements — preventing costly errors once materials are fabricated.
Build accurate artwork templates for BeMatrix frames, fabric (SEG) graphics, and other exhibit components to ensure proper fit and finish.
Generate pre-production graphic proofs and manage the client approval process.
Build and manage relationships with print production vendors to ensure graphics meet our quality standards and arrive on schedule.
Build and maintain graphics production schedules in step with project timelines.
Graphic design that translates client visions into print-ready layouts that meet their marketing goals and brand standards.
Maintain our inventory of stored client graphics in our online database, making sure every piece is in good condition and show‑ready.
Partner with the production team on booth assembly and pre‑show test fits.
Keep project managers and teammates updated on graphics status, schedule, and risks.
Contribute to a great client experience, from clean proofs and clear communication to graphics that make a client's booth look its best on the show floor.
Assist with client presentation decks, basic marketing initiatives, and website updates.
At least 2 years of experience in print production, ideally in trade shows, events, or large‑format printing.
Knowledge of trade show and display products, materials, and vendors; experience with bematrix or fabric/SEG graphics is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
A drive to maintain high quality while improving workflows and efficiency.
Ownership of your work and a commitment to meeting client expectations and deadlines.
The ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
A track record of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
