Triple20 is seeking a Graphics Manager to ensure accurate, printing-ready graphics from concept through production for trade show exhibits. You will shape large-format graphics, align colors, and refine layouts to reflect a client’s brand and message across print-ready materials.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in print production, experience with trade show displays, and strong skills in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in print production, ideally in trade shows, events, or large-format printing.

Responsibilities

• Preflight/Prepress graphics to ensure technical accuracy and production readiness.
• Build accurate templates for BeMatrix frames and SEG graphics to ensure proper fit and finish.
• Generate pre-production proofs and manage client approvals.
• Coordinate with print production vendors to ensure graphics meet quality standards and arrive on schedule.
• Maintain graphics production schedules in line with project timelines.
• Produce graphic designs that translate client visions into print-ready layouts meeting brand standards.
• Manage inventory of stored client graphics and ensure show-ready condition.
• Collaborate with production team on booth assembly and pre-show test fits.
• Keep project managers updated on graphics status, schedule, and risks.
• Support client presentations and marketing updates as needed.
