Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience (architecture/engineering/construction preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for proposals.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals with quick turnarounds.
• May travel locally and overnight 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Design proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and pursuit materials aligned with brand standards.
• Create graphics, diagrams, and visual storytelling elements to explain engineering services and processes.
• Collaborate with proposal writers, project managers, and SMEs to convert technical information into professional layouts.
• Format documents in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Develop templates, cover designs, infographics, and project sheets to enhance competitive positioning.
• Produce marketing materials: brochures, one-pagers, email graphics, trade show displays, posters, and social assets.
• Maintain brand consistency and update brand assets/templates.
• Support internal communications with decks and event collateral.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and automation teams to understand projects.
• Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Follow brand guidelines and contribute fresh ideas.
• Assist with administrative design tasks.
