Job summary

Hybrid Apparel is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to create art and designs for the Juniors/Missy accounts, based in Cypress, CA.

You will work under the Art Director, conduct trend research, present artwork, and prepare line sheets and CAD updates to support seasonal collections.

Required: BA or equivalent in Graphic Design, 5+ years in apparel graphics, and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; strong typography, detail and understanding of screen printing.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent in Graphic Design.
• 5+ years of graphic experience in the apparel industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficient with administrative/company programs outside of Adobe.
• Passion for design and a good understanding of market trends.
• Strong freehand skills.
• Strong sense of typography and composition.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of the screen-printing process, techniques, and basic garment processes.
• Must be able to demonstrate a pulse of what is trending at retail.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $78,000.00 Annually

What is my role?
