Вы будете тесно сотрудничать с SMM-специалистами и другими творческими командами, управлять несколькими проектами и постоянно повышать качество работы через анализ данных. Работа в динамичной команде с возможностями роста.

Qualifications

• 3 года опыта в перформанс-графическом дизайне, желательно в агентстве.
• Экспертиза в Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro и After Effects.
• Умение работать с статической графикой и моушн-дизайном для paid social.
• Готовность учиться постоянно и управлять несколькими проектами одновременно.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-converting video and graphic designs for Meta and Instagram ads, emails, and landing pages that drive results for clients.
• Collaborating with SMM Specialists and other creators to brainstorm ideas and evaluate performance of designs.
• Managing multiple projects for different brands, delivering on time with attention to detail.
• Developing performance-driven creatives using data and insights to meet business objectives.
• Participating in team meetings with fresh perspectives to ensure cohesive design strategies.

3 years of experience working with performance graphic design, ideally within an agency setting Strong expertise working in the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere & After Effects Experience working with static designs as well as motion design for paid social and organic channels You have the drive to learn all the time and solve any problem that's thrown at you You have an eye for detail and ensure that your work is of the highest quality You are organised and are able to manage multiple projects at once to meet all deadlines A self-starter who can take initiative and make their ideas happen You are interested in digital marketing
