Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert graphic and photo editing services across PHCoE.
• Create graphics, artwork, and documentation layouts for value-added visuals.
• Support product development for brochures, branding materials, social media content, and digital media.
• Prepare PHCoE information products for dissemination at meetings, conferences, and public platforms.
