Job summary

Partners In Health is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing and Communications team. The role supports fundraising, development, and global marketing through print and digital design across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional experience, a strong typography and layout portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. Regular collaboration with diverse teams and vendors is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Portfolio showing print and digital design with typography and branding.
• Experience with nonprofit or mission‑driven work is a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Canva or Figma.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver quality work on time and on budget.

• Ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Creative Execution (70%): Design print and digital materials for fundraising and donor engagement; create assets for web, social, email, and decks; develop illustrations and data visuals; assist with branding and asset rollout.
• Collaboration & Storytelling (20%): Brainstorm visual storytelling ideas; work with writers, multimedia, and development teams; ensure on-brand, on-time, and on-budget deliverables.
• Design Systems & Support (10%): Help grow the shared design system; create templates, guidelines, and assets for global designers and non-designers.
