Job summary

Grand River Health in Rifle, CO is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to support marketing, branding, and community outreach through print, digital, video, and multimedia content.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Director and other departments to maintain brand consistency, deliver high-quality materials, and help with website updates and special projects, including occasional events.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a graphic design program with a minimum of five (5) years of professional graphic design experience; online portfolio required with application.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, with experience creating both print and digital materials.
• Strong knowledge of web design and content management systems, including WordPress and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative materials for print and digital advertising, social media, website content, email campaigns, signage, presentations, and other marketing initiatives.
• Develop and edit graphics, photography, video, animations, and multimedia content that align with GRHD branding and communication goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to create informative, educational, and promotional materials that effectively communicate key messages.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels while upholding high-quality design standards.
• Assist with website and intranet updates, digital communications, and special marketing projects to enhance audience engagement.
• Provide support for community events, recruitment initiatives, and organizational campaigns, including occasional evening or weekend activities as needed.
• Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
