Progyny, a New York–based company, is seeking a thoughtful Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team. You’ll bring our brand to life across digital, social, print, presentations, and campaigns, partnering with designers and stakeholders to create clear, compelling work that communicates Progyny’s products and mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio across digital campaigns, social, print, and presentations.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma; strong PowerPoint skills.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and production for print and digital.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Highly organized; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative approach to feedback and learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce on-brand creative for digital, print campaigns.
• Create assets using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Develop social media graphics and assets aligned with channel best practices.
• Refine presentation materials translating complex ideas into clear visuals.
• Retouch, resize, and prepare imagery for multiple formats.
• Uphold Progyny’s visual identity and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Design and Marketing to develop concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with clear progress updates.
• Organize and maintain shared templates and assets.
