Qualifications

• Degree in graphic/brand design or related field.
• At least 3 years creating brand, marketing, and communication materials.
• Experience in startup or entrepreneurial environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe CC, Figma, and collaboration tools.
• Interest in AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
• Strong understanding of accessible, sustainable design principles.
• Ability to apply brand systems across multiple touchpoints.
• Excellent written and verbal English; German at least B1 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver brand assets across digital, print, and events.
• Maintain and improve brand guidelines, templates, and toolkits.
• Create visual stories through graphic design, motion, and video.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sustainability, People, and Leadership.
• Translate requirements into thoughtful creative solutions and meet timelines.
• Present design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure brand consistency across channels and touchpoints.
