Progyny, Inc. is seeking a thoughtful Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in New York. You’ll create on-brand visuals across digital, social, print, and presentations, partnering with designers and cross‑functional stakeholders to convey Progyny’s products and mission.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in graphic design or related field and 1–3 years of professional experience. Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and PowerPoint is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design across a range of channels (digital, social, print, presentations).
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (internships, freelance, or agency/in‑house).
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma; strong PowerPoint skills.

Thank you for considering Progyny! Progyny is looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help bring our brand to life across digital, social, print, presentations, and integrated campaigns. You’ll partner closely with designers and cross-functional marketing stakeholders to create clear, compelling work that helps people understand and connect with Progyny’s products and mission.

What you'll do

• Design and produce polished, on‑brand creative for digital, print, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Create and adapt assets using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Develop social media graphics and campaign assets that are engaging, accessible, and aligned with channel best practices.
• Build and refine presentation materials that translate complex ideas into clear visual stories.
• Retouch, resize, and prepare imagery for a variety of formats and distribution channels.
• Apply and help uphold Progyny’s visual identity and brand standards across all work.
• Collaborate with the broader Design and Marketing teams to develop concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver high‑quality final files.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while communicating progress, priorities, and timing clearly.
• Help organize and maintain shared templates, assets, and design resources.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related design field.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, including internships, freelance work, or relevant agency or in‑house experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design across a range of channels, such as digital campaigns, social media, presentations, print, or brand work.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma; strong PowerPoint skills.
• A solid understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, color, image selection, and production for print and digital formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong proofreading, spelling, and attention to detail.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and reliably meet deadlines.
• A collaborative approach to feedback, problem‑solving, and learning.

Nice to have

• Experience working with a brand‑management platform such as Frontify.
• Familiarity with accessibility‑minded design practices.
• Experience in healthcare, employee benefits, or women‑focused consumer brands.

This is not a digital nomad or remote international position; candidates must be based in the United States.

In compliance with NewYork City’s Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC‑based applicants is: $55,000-$65,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
