Job summary

Progyny in New York City is seeking a thoughtful Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. You will create on-brand assets for digital, print, social, and presentations, collaborating with designers and cross-functional stakeholders to communicate Progyny's products and mission.

You will design and refine materials, manage multiple projects, ensure accessibility, and uphold brand standards across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, internships or freelance work
• Strong portfolio across digital, social, print and brand work.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma; PowerPoint skills
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color and production for print/digital
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong proofreading
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Collaborative approach to feedback and learning

Responsibilities

• Design and produce polished, on-brand creative for digital, print, social media and campaigns.
• Create and adapt assets using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Develop social media graphics and campaign assets aligned with channel best practices.
• Build and refine presentation materials that translate complex ideas into clear visuals.
• Retouch, resize, and prepare imagery for various formats and channels.
• Uphold Progyny's visual identity and brand standards across all work.
• Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams to develop concepts and deliver final files.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with clear progress updates.
• Organize and maintain shared templates, assets, and design resources.
