Job summary

Progyny, Inc. is seeking a thoughtful Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in New York. You’ll create on-brand visuals across digital, social, print, and presentations, partnering with designers and cross‑functional stakeholders to convey Progyny’s products and mission.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in graphic design or related field and 1–3 years of professional experience. Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and PowerPoint is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design across a range of channels (digital, social, print, presentations).
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (internships, freelance, or agency/in‑house).
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma; strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce polished, on-brand creative for digital, print, social media, and campaigns.
• Create assets using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Develop social media graphics and campaign assets with accessibility in mind.
• Build and refine presentation materials that translate complex ideas visually.
• Retouch and prepare imagery for multiple formats and channels.
• Uphold Progyny’s visual identity and brand standards across work.
• Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams to develop concepts and deliver final files.
• Manage multiple projects with clear communication on progress and deadlines.
• Organize templates, assets, and design resources.
