Qualifications

• Photography, videography, video editing, and motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Rush).
• Experience in Figma UX Design is a plus.
• Understanding of AI visual generative tools (Luma AI, Flow - Veo3, Gemini, ChatGPT).
• Eye for design details (typography, alignment, hierarchy).
• Strong fundamentals in graphic design; attention to detail.
• Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Portfolio required: advertising campaigns, infographics; UX design, video editing, animation a plus.

We’re seeking an innovative designer with a strong grasp of design fundamentals and a passion for creating within a subscription based DTC female-centric brand. This role is responsible for crafting visual assets across digital marketing in social media/display ads, video, website and landing page design, while authentically resonating with a female audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads design projects through creative process stages, including the coordination of outsourced project requests
• Work with key stakeholders and account teams to produce impactful design that aligns with firm strategy
• Utilizes standardized brand guide to provide creative conceptualization for the layout, design, and production of work, including digital deliverables.
• Tailors’ graphic concepts while adhering to firm standards and brand compliance.
• Assists in overseeing the delivery of finished projects.
• Coordinate vendors and manage outsourced production; perform other assigned work within the department as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• 3-4 years of recent professional graphic design experience
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Photography, videography, video editing, and motion graphics skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Rush)
• Experience in Figma UX Design is a plus
• Understanding of AI Visual Generative Tools (Luma AI, Flow - Veo3, Gemini, ChatGPT)
• Eye for design details, such as typography, alignment, hierarchy, etc.
• Expert knowledge in graphic design fundamentals and processes and innate attention to detail
• Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills

• Ability to professionally handle constructive criticism and input from creative team members and technical staff
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Portfolio required: Must showcase advertising campaigns and infographic design. UX design, video editing, and animation are a plus
• Requires the ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation.
• Be able to work in an environment with open discussions without getting distracted.
