About the Role:

Salesforce is seeking a Graphic Designer with a passion for transforming ideas into powerful visual stories. You’ll work across both print and digital formats to support cloud campaign initiatives, creating branded assets that resonate across channels. This is a remote contract position where you’ll collaborate with internal creative teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact materials that elevate Salesforce’s visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate campaign strategies and customer insights into engaging visuals across print and digital platforms.
• Design and produce a variety of creative deliverables including brochures, newsletters, whitepapers, and other print collateral.
• Create microsites, web graphics, and digital ads.
• Develop executive presentations and technical illustrations.
• Design sales collateral and trade show materials.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing leads, and art directors to ensure visual consistency and alignment with messaging.
• Develop layouts for internal and external use, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to elevate design quality and innovation.
• Suggest design improvements for forms and digital experiences.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative or advertising agency environment.
• A strong online portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work (required for consideration).
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of printing terminology, pre-press processes, and file preparation.
• Strong conceptual thinker with an ability to create compelling visuals from abstract ideas.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in USA time zones.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with UX/UI or motion graphics.
• Knowledge of Salesforce brand and design systems.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva.
