Job summary

Aquent is seeking an autonomous Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director for live events and experiential work. You will craft visuals for event identities, stage graphics, and large-format experiences, and lead the visual narrative in high-stakes pitches.

You will also shape ideas independently while collaborating with an international creative/production crew. You should bring 5+ years in agency or brand contexts, mastery of Adobe CS and PowerPoint, and a portfolio spanning diverse aesthetics.

A newly unified 60-strong live events and experiential production powerhouse is scaling fast. Built to design, produce, and execute world-class brand activations and live experiences for tier-one global brands—spanning high-end beauty, luxury, and multinational corporate leaders—this team needs an autonomous, craft-focused Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director to hit the ground running across high-profile pitches and live projects.

• Design Across Every Touchpoint: Craft visually arresting key visuals, event identities, stage graphics, OOH, large-format screens, and bespoke environmental touchpoints for live physical spaces.
• Elevate the Pitch: Own the visual narrative in high-stakes presentations. You’ll design sharp, modern, compelling pitch decks in PowerPoint that win over prospective clients.
• Work with True Autonomy: Take a brief and run with it. While you’ll collaborate with a talented international creative and production crew, you should feel comfortable shaping ideas and driving visual output independently without needing hand‑holding.
• Translate Across Mediums: Fluidly adapt brand aesthetics from sleek corporate elegance to raw cultural edge, ensuring consistent, high-impact craft throughout the attendee journey.

• 5+ Years of Proven Craft: Solid agency or brand experience spanning live events, brand activations, or experiential design. You understand scale, spatial awareness, and how 2D graphic assets live in 3D environments.
• Dual Mastery of Adobe CS & PowerPoint: Adobe Creative Suite is second nature to you, and you treat PowerPoint like a genuine design canvas, not an afterthought.
• Eclectic, High-Taste Portfolio: A showcase demonstrating strong foundational ideas, contemporary visual style, and a broad range of aesthetics across varied sectors.
• Proactive Mindset: Natural curiosity, a point of view, and the confidence to pitch ideas and improvements unprompted.
• Setup: Mac-based workflow with fluent English (you’ll be working across diverse, international teams).
