As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will turn strategy and ideas into bold, thoughtful visual work across branding, packaging, social media, and marketing campaigns. You will develop original concepts, bring them through polished execution, and adapt your design thinking across different brands, industries, audiences, and visual languages.

Develop original concepts and carry them through refinement into production-ready assets with strong attention to typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling. Understand the thinking behind the brief and transform strategic direction and audience insight into meaningful, visually compelling creative. Work across different audiences, categories, and brand languages while maintaining consistency, relevance, and a high standard of craft. Work closely with Creative Directors and fellow creatives, respond thoughtfully to feedback, and iterate with openness and intention. Review your own execution carefully for visual consistency, accuracy, brand alignment, and production readiness before delivery. Apply AI tools to research, ideation, visual exploration, image generation, and production workflows to improve speed and expand creative possibilities while retaining human ownership of judgment and final output. Experiment with AI-driven image generation, concepting techniques, and emerging tools to find smarter and more effective ways to develop creative work. Stay immersed in design trends, tools, AI advancements, and evolving best practices to continuously strengthen your skills and creative output.

6+ years of professional graphic design experience, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating branding, typography, layout, visual storytelling, and high-quality execution. A portfolio that also demonstrates thoughtful and effective use of AI within the creative process. Expert-level design skills with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern AI-assisted creative tools. The ability to translate strategy, insight, and creative direction into original and visually compelling design solutions. Strong visual judgment and a high standard for typography, composition, hierarchy, consistency, and overall craft. The versatility to work confidently across branding, packaging, social media, marketing materials, and different visual systems. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and deadlines. A proactive, self-directed mindset with the ability to refine your work, ask thoughtful questions, and consistently move assignments forward. A collaborative and feedback-minded approach, with the ability to receive direction openly and use it to strengthen the work. A growth-oriented mindset and genuine curiosity about new creative tools, workflows, and possibilities. Practical experience using AI to strengthen ideation, exploration, or production efficiency without compromising originality or creative accountability. Strong written and verbal English communication skills for briefs, feedback, collaboration, and creative discussions. The adaptability, reliability, and strong internet connection needed to work effectively in a remote environment. At least six hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time is required so you can collaborate effectively, participate in feedback cycles, and keep creative work moving.
