Job summary

ASBC UGCIS | iSpace | Apple Premium Partner is seeking a B2B Designer for a 4-month fully remote contract to assist in migrating materials from Tilda to a new CMS. You will craft visuals for websites, social media, emails, and events, and develop presentations, templates, and co-branded materials with major partners.

You will work under brand guidelines, adapt designs for multiple channels and languages, and ensure print-ready output.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Brand, Communication, or Graphic Designer with a portfolio.
• Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Proficiency in Figma and Tilda, plus Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign for print and graphics tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

• Design co-branded materials with partners (Apple, Microsoft, Dell, etc.).
• Create designs for events, office spaces, the B2B Shop, merchandise, and promotional materials.

• Prepare print-ready files and ensure print quality.
• Build event landing pages in Tilda and update website banners during CMS migration.
• Create simple animations for digital channels; After Effects a plus.

• Adapt designs to different formats, communication channels, countries, and languages.
• Prepare print-ready files and ensure the quality of final printed materials.
• Build event landing pages in Tilda and update website banners during the transition to the new CMS.
• Create simple animations for digital channels and screens would be an advantage.

• Proven experience as a Brand, Communication, or Graphic Designer, supported by a portfolio.
• Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Proficiency in Figma and Tilda, as well as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for print and graphic design tasks.
• Experience creating event landing pages using website builders.
• Knowledge of prepress processes and print production requirements.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines, design systems, and a high volume of design adaptations.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• English proficiency sufficient to work with international brand guidelines and marketing materials.
