Job summary

Godfather in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This full-time role demands independent and collaborative work to create on-brand visuals for print, digital, and promotional materials.

Implement concepts from the Marketing Director, maintain our image library, and support franchise needs with strong design execution and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio and 2–4 years of design experience.
• Expert knowledge of MAC and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); web design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for print media, newsletters, advertisements, web sites, web applications, marketing and promotional campaigns and presentations.
• Work with the marketing team on original concepts for promotions and sales strategies; ensure readability and brand consistency.
• Execute designs requested by Marketing leadership and Franchisees.
• Maintain the internal image library and properly file all graphic jobs.
• Advise on visual graphics to enhance and protect the brand image.
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position requires excellent graphic design skills and the ability to work independently as well as on a team. Must be organized, attention to detail a must and enjoy a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. This position needs to be comfortable working with designs that meet the brand standards and brand templates provided.

• Designing graphics as needed for: print media, newsletters, advertisements, web sites, web applications, marketing and promotional campaigns and presentations.
• Working with the marketing team on the development of original concepts for promotions and sales strategies. Ensure the design maximizes readability and maintains brand standards.
• Executing designs requested by the Director of Marketing, Franchise Marketing Managers and Franchisees.

• Serving as an advisor on issues related to the creation of visual graphics to enhance and protect the brand and brand image.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree or higher in Graphic Design.
• Relevant design experience with a strong portfolio; 2-4 years work experience.
• Expert knowledge of MAC computer, Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator a must. Experience in web design a plus.
