Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts for promotions and sales strategies while ensuring brand readability and standards.
• Implement designs as requested by the Director of Marketing, Franchise Marketing Managers and Franchisees.
• Maintain the internal image library and proper filing of all graphic work.
• Advise on visuals for packaging and equipment to protect and enhance the brand image.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position requires excellent graphic design skills and the ability to work independently as well as on a team. Must be organized, attention to detail a must and enjoy a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. This position needs to be comfortable working with designs that meet the brand standards and brand templates provided.

• Designing graphics as needed for: print media, newsletters, advertisements, web sites, web applications, marketing and promotional campaigns and presentations.
• Working with the marketing team on the development of original concepts for promotions and sales strategies. Ensure the design maximizes readability and maintains brand standards.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree or higher in Graphic Design.
• Relevant design experience with a strong portfolio; 2-4 years work experience.
• Expert knowledge of MAC computer, Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator a must. Experience in web design a plus.
