Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Graphic Design.
• 2–4 years of design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expert knowledge of MAC and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for print media, newsletters, advertisements, websites, web apps, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop original concepts for promotions and sales strategies while upholding brand standards.
• Execute designs for requests from Marketing leadership and franchisees.
• Maintain the internal image library and proper filing of all graphic jobs.
• Advise on packaging and equipment design needs for branding consistency.
• Support brand image protection through visual consistency across channels.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

This position requires excellent graphic design skills and the ability to work independently as well as on a team. Must be organized, attention to detail a must and enjoy a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. This position needs to be comfortable working with designs that meet the brand standards and brand templates provided.

Reports To: Director, Marketing

FLSA Status: Non - Exempt, Full-time

Essential Functions

• Designing graphics as needed for: print media, newsletters, advertisements, web sites, web applications, marketing and promotional campaigns and presentations.
• Working with the marketing team on the development of original concepts for promotions and sales strategies. Ensure the design maximizes readability and maintains brand standards.
• Executing designs requested by the Director of Marketing, Franchise Marketing Managers and Franchisees.
• Maintain the internal image library and properly filing of all graphic jobs.
• Acting as a graphic design consultant on packaging and equipment needs.
• Serving as an advisor on issues related to the creation of visual graphics to enhance and protect the brand and brand image.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Graphic Design.
• Relevant design experience with a strong portfolio; 2-4 years work experience.
• Expert knowledge of MAC computer, Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator a must. Experience in web design a plus.
