Ouimet Fund is seeking a hands-on Manager, Graphic Design to craft compelling visuals across print and digital channels. You will lead design efforts, ensure brand consistency, and translate strategic direction into story-driven creative.

Requires a strong portfolio, 2–4 years of graphic design experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Hybrid schedule includes three days in Norton, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with focus on creative design and 2-4 years of graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing print design, digital assets, and storytelling.
• Proven ability to translate briefs into original concepts, not just execution.
• Expertise in CMYK, bleed/trim/safety, and finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design print materials: event programs, donor communications, annual reports, direct mail, signage.
• Create static digital assets: email graphics, social media, web banners, presentations.
• Plan and execute photo shoots; direct subjects and retouch images.
• Manage print production: color proofing, paper stock, press checks.
• Oversee email marketing calendar and content; analyze metrics.
• Collaborate to translate strategy into brand-first visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across print and digital channels.
• Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outputs.
