Homesteaders Life Company is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support the marketing team with print and digital assets. You will work within brand standards, templates and creative direction across brochures, social media, internal communications and education materials.

The role includes production, photo editing and collaboration with leadership to deliver high-quality visuals. Ideal candidates have 0–1+ years of experience, a two-year design degree or equivalent, and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year degree in graphic or digital design or equivalent work experience.
• 0-1+ years of professional or internship experience in graphic design or related field.
• Portfolio or 2-3 work samples demonstrating graphic design skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce print and digital design assets within brand standards and templates.
• Create and format presentations, charts, infographics and visuals for executives and sales.
• Support print production, collateral updates and photo editing.
• Design for digital channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Edit, resize and retouch photography; assist with in-house photography.
• Leverage Creative Cloud, Canva and AI tools to improve workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute direction and revisions.
